2. Place request

Note that this is only a request, you do not need to pay for a product at this point.

3. Shipment status

Following a sufficient number of product requests, when a container is deemed full, we will then identify the products ready for Orders and contact each buyer.

4. Order deposits

Our staff contact each product requester to place a deposit in Trust with our accounting firm.

The deposits are held in trust and if goods are not delivered, you receive a full refund, assuring you of security when placing orders.

5. Product shipment

Once the deposits are placed in trust, we arrange the shipment (managing all of the CIF costs and paperwork). Delivery destination is Nelson, unless otherwise prearranged and paid.

6. Product payment

Final payments must be arranged prior to delivery of any products. The goods are delivered at nearly factory direct prices.
